On arrival system running and cooling as intended. I found no refridgerant issues with system, I did find that the sensi thermostat was reading 64 degrees when the actual house temp was 69. Recommended iaq 200 for biological growth and a new primary electrical control to replace the buzzing and failing one currently on the condenser. With customers permission I performed both repairs. When I left system running and cooling. Pausing call as customer paid via financing.

On arrival system running and cooling producing a 20 degree delta. Indoor unit dusty but otherwise in good shape. Evaporator coil rusted. Outdoor unit overamping on start up. Recommended speaking with a comfort advisor about replacement due to age and history of repairs, along with upcoming refridgerant change. Visit is for 12-3 on December 3rd.
Installed 3 gfcis two protect all kitchen counter top outlets. Tested and working. Great. Gave customer quite for installing 2 new flood lights outside.
Performed inspection made recommendations. Customer said he has a plumber as a client that does his plumbing for free.
Arrived onsite the water heater was lit already but set at pilot. Turned dial to on and burner fired up. Upon inspection noticed the vent 90’s on top of water heater were installed upside down with flow arrow pointing down to water heater. Arrow on vent fittings need to be pointing up in direction of exhaust flow. Home is 1 year old customer will contact home builder to see if they will fix issue first. If not she will call us to correct issue.
